The cleaning is excellent, no muss no fuss. Completed in a timely manner. Very pleased.
Bruce takes his work seriously and I would hire him again, and refer him to friends. My carpet is 21 years old but excellent quality and I have used other companies more costly and not as good. While I still have some stains they are permanent and I accept this. I wish Bruce continued success.

Bruce took the time to pay special attention to s few spots that made his job harder, but i got the impression he took them on as a challenge to rise to. WELL DONE. I'm a happy camper!

Bruce was extremely quick in getting back to me. He called me within 10 minutes of requesting a quote and was at my house 15 minutes after that. He then did the job right then and there. The whole process took about three hours from start to finish. He was great and I would recommend him to anyone! He was affordable, friendly and gave many tips.
