Bruce called the day before and set the appointment. He was punctual and completed the job in excellent time. One-time great price quality work what more could you possibly ask for.
pleasant,careful, a very cooperative,affordable,experience. We will use this service again. My only hesitance was I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED a call from the refering company before BRUCE called.
Barely cleaned. I could of done better doing it myself,
Wasn't quite there on time. Had no business cards. Had one small advertising business on the back of his doors. I never actually saw him vacuum the rugs when starting out with a Catch filter in the middle of the hose. I left him alone but not sure if he pre-treated any area or for that matter scratch scrub the rugs. These are things that I did while working with a carpet cleaner myself before. Over all the rugs came out pretty good.
He gave us helpful ideas re keeping carpets clean in the future and even gave us a bottle of spot cleaner!
He did an okay job. But he was very grumpy. I paid him 50% higher than his original quote. But he was still unpleasant. He s been in the business for a long time. Maybe he s burned out.
