My carpet was in very bad shape. He was told before he came that it was this way. In addition we request that he move furniture and clean the entire carpet. He complained about the shape of the carpet and only cleaned under furniture that we moved. He worked very hard using his equipment. He would probably do well for someone with a moderately dirty carpet but not tough jobs.

Bruce was professional and completed the job quickly. He also explained his service before he started the work, I was very pleased with his work.
Did a great job on my carpet
He was a nice man. I was working in the same room that he had to clean my sofa and he never complained. He did a good job.
Bruce Smelled like Alcohol and was very rude to my family. He also kicked my dog and would not leave my home when asked to. I had to threaten to call the police.
Bruce called within a day of my inquiry for a carpet cleaner. He came to do an estimate before doing the job, unfortunately I was out. He explained why steam cleaning was more efficient than dry cleaning since I told him I don't like wet carpets. He said steam cleaning gets deeper dirt out. He advised me about certain spots that could be diminished with a home treatment. He was finished in 1.5 hrs., I was very pleased with the job. I would hire him again and recommend him.
