Very thorough
Bruce did the best job ever of cleaning my carpets. He removed stains that another, national provider failed to remove and he was not as expensive. He really gets in there to work the stains out. I would highly recommend him.

He I do not want him to know about the negative rating. He did not even tell you he did the work. He even accepted my check. The man is a nice man, but my carpets were not cleaned properly. It took 1 1/2 hours. I have used your service for my windows, and they had less than a great outcome. I do not think I will use Home Pros again. Bruce was a nice man, and I feel he needs an assistant!
