Bruce did a great job and was reasonably priced.

Bruce is great!!! He was able to come out the next day and our area rug and upstairs looks amazingl!
His customer service was very good. He explained everything and even gave me some pointers on preventing stains. The only negative I have is that his appearance, in both personal and equipment, was a bit unprofessional. He came in a truck that was very worn down and dirty, and his physical appearance matched. While he did a great job I don?t know if I would hire him again just because I felt very uncomfortable with him.
Bruce was a nice and honest guy, and got the spots out and carpet clean, but, after four hours, the carpets were still sopping wet and we started to use our own carpet cleaner to extract water. There was so much water coming out of just the smallest room that we called him to come back out to try again. He came back out but we still went behind him in all the rooms with our own because it was still so wet in a lot of places. At that point, and after a long day, we just let it go. They did a great job.
Absolutely horrible. Part of the carpet not even damp. Dirt patches all over where no cleaning had been attempted. No signs on truck. ?Out of business cards?. Called for return visit to finish cleaning, refused my calls. Husband called from different phone number and call taken. He promised to come fix problem.! No show. When husband called back his call was ignored. Under NO circumstances hire this idiot. I am all for hiring small business people, but NOT being taken advantage of. Overall, the job was satisfactory. He did miss a few spots, that he claims he did not see, and he was more than happy to go over them again. The spots came out with that extra attention to detail.
Bruce always is pleasant and does a great job. He also knows his profession and offers helpful advice.
