I have not had to wait long to get into exam room or then to be seen. Dr is very thorough and demonstrates a deep knowledge base. He also is very personable and has a good sense of humor.

Dr. Baird is the most gentle kind Doctor. He explained everything he was going to do before surgery. The staff at the ambulatory surgery unit was absolutely wonderful. I would and have recommended him as your Doctor. I like to brag about him to all my family and friends.
Dr. Baird is the best doctor. I was admitted to the hospital & was bed ridden for weeks. A MRI showed infection in my back. I was in the worst pain ever & couldn’t move out of bed. I wasn’t responding to antibiotic therapy so Dr. Baird was called in and suggested surgery. He went in and took a frozen biopsy & rushed it to the lab. It was negative so he continued with the surgery. He did a spinal fusion. I woke up pain free & was walking. He is a life saver. The ortho floor at Samaritan is A+
Dr. Baird is a great doctor and I would highly recommend him.If you need a back doctor he’s your man. No need to travel to Syracuse. Dr. Baird fused my husbands L4-L5 together. Not only is he a great surgeon but the follow up care has been excellent. Dr. Baird even called him personally to check on him. My husbands case was not the average case and Dr. Baird, The North Country Ortho Group and Samaritan have all been outstanding. I’m now a true believer in staying here in Watertown for care.
Absolutely amazing doctor!! After my surgery I feel so good and feel like a new man. I would recommend Dr Baird to anyone who is in need of any spinal surgery or orthopedic care!!
What a wonderful Doctor. He did carpotunnel surgery on both hands. DR. Barid and his staff are caring and make you feel comfortable and explains the whole process. Dr. Baird did his magical work on my hands and they instantly felt better! I highly recommend him and his staff! Such a great experience!!
Dr. Baird is amazing. I had arm surgery last week and my whole experience was great. Dr. Baird answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and explained everything that was going to go on during surgery. I came home with such minimal pain that I didnt need to take the pain meds prescribed. Just ibuprofen. Dr. Baird called the following day to see how I was doing. At my post op visit I schedualed surgery for my other arm. By far an amazing doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.
I recently had fusion surgery (ACDF) on my neck, and I could not have asked for better care from Dr. Baird and the staff at North Country Orthopaedic Group in Watertown, NY. Dr. Baird listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and anticipated questions I had not thought to ask. In the end, surgery was the best treatment option. I am now six weeks out from surgery and I am extremely pleased with the results. I cannot recommend Dr. Baird more highly.
