He did a good job. Everything went smoothly. The only problem that I have is that I haven’t seen him since right before the surgery. My 1st post-op was with a P.A. that wasn’t even in the OR with him. My second and final appt. was with the P.A. that was in the OR with him.
One of the most ethical Doctors I have ever been too. Had a fall and after initial review in the hospital, Dr. Baird told me he had performed the type of surgery I needed, but had not done it for a few years. He wanted me to go to the trauma center in Syracuse to be treated and operated on. In most instances, my opinion, other doctor's would have said I've done this and I will operate on you. I highly recommend Dr. Baird as he is very professional and friendly, he explained everything clearly on what he was going to do and what to expect for an outcome. I have been a patient for over 10 years with back, neck and carpal tunnel. He is the kind of Orthopedic Surgeon that most people go to larger cities to look for.
Dr.Baird performed Ulnar Nerve surgery and Carpal Tunnel surgery on my left arm and hand due to loss of feeling in my hand and fingertips and a lot of pain in my arm. I had surgery on October 10, 2019 and within a few weeks I had all sensation back and pain was gone! Minimal scaring! He is a wonderful, kind, caring doctor and very professional and positive! I highly recommend him to everyone who needs help with anything of Ortho nature! He is now helping me with my back and spine issues. Thank you, Dr.Baird!!!!
Dr, Baird did a great job explaining everything he was going to do and I came through the surgery fine.
Dr. Baird performed hip replacement on me I am totally delighted with the outcome I feel like a new person he did a wonderful job and his staff is just amazing group of people thank you again dr. Baird and I'll be seeing you for my knee replacement and I will highly recommend you to everybody that I know that might need some kind of orthopedic surgery you're awesome
