Dr. Baird performed hip replacement on me I am totally delighted with the outcome I feel like a new person he did a wonderful job and his staff is just amazing group of people thank you again dr. Baird and I'll be seeing you for my knee replacement and I will highly recommend you to everybody that I know that might need some kind of orthopedic surgery you're awesome

i had a long battle with other Dr I could not used my whole right side . No feelng in leg or arm I met Dr, Baird . After a lot of tests he operated on my neck. On a Monday Night, and Tuesday at 8:15 am he cam in my hospital room as me how I was feeling . When I old him my leg and arm were back . I herniated a disc and was in excruciating pain. I saw Dr. Baird and he prescribed medication to alleviate the acute pain then provided me with information on available treatment options. I had excellent results and am very happy with the care I received at the North Country Orthopaedic Group.

I had him do a hip replacement and I couldn't be happier. He took the time to show me what is was what it looked like and what to expect after. He was spot on with everything he said and now I'm pain free! Looks like he's gonna do my knee now too! Why the thought is you have to go to Syracuse is beyond me. Between the care at Samaritan and Dr Baird and his staff there is no better care anywhere. I completely trust this guy.

Dr. Baird is the most gentle kind Doctor. He explained everything he was going to do before surgery. The staff at the ambulatory surgery unit was absolutely wonderful. I would and have recommended him as your Doctor. I like to brag about him to all my family and friends.

Dr. Baird is the best doctor. I was admitted to the hospital & was bed ridden for weeks. A MRI showed infection in my back. I was in the worst pain ever & couldn’t move out of bed. I wasn’t responding to antibiotic therapy so Dr. Baird was called in and suggested surgery. He went in and took a frozen biopsy & rushed it to the lab. It was negative so he continued with the surgery. He did a spinal fusion. I woke up pain free & was walking. He is a life saver. The ortho floor at Samaritan is A+

Dr. Baird is a great doctor and I would highly recommend him.If you need a back doctor he’s your man. No need to travel to Syracuse. Dr. Baird fused my husbands L4-L5 together. Not only is he a great surgeon but the follow up care has been excellent. Dr. Baird even called him personally to check on him. My husbands case was not the average case and Dr. Baird, The North Country Ortho Group and Samaritan have all been outstanding. I’m now a true believer in staying here in Watertown for care.
