Dr.Baird explained completely what he was going to do for my surgery. He gave me options for having the procedure done 2different ways. He is very kind and super friendly. Thank you for helping me. I don’t drop thing anymore.
Dr. Baird was wonderful, I had been in pain for months with my right elbow and wrist. I was having so much pain I was having a hard time completing my work. ( I sew for a living) I had seen several doctors about my problem. Finally I was referred to Dr Baird he got to the bottom of the problem, within 2 weeks I had surgery and have completely recovered. He and his team are amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Baird had a great bedside manner.
Disc replacement surgery went very well. Sorry I put it off for so long. Dr. Baird is amazing. Highly recommend. A+++++

In a word, my experiences with Dr. Baird have been phenomenal. He performed total hip replacements for me in 2010 and 2015. Both turned out excellent and I would never know I underwent those procedures. He also partnered with Bartlomiej W. Szczech, MD, an othopaedic surgeon at Lake Placid Sports Medicine for two total knee replacements that occurred in September and November of 2020. Dr. Baird gave me time to ask any questions I had. He checked out my right ankle and wrapped my ankle back up like I had it. He was thorough and patient with me. Didn't rush me out the door.
I had a herniated disc that had caused me pain for months. I tried chiropractics, massage, medication, and physical therapy. Dr. Baird and his PA Mike were awesome at getting me in quick for an MRI. Once they saw the disc in my back I was scheduled for surgery within two days. I woke up in recovery feeling instantly better. The pain I had felt for months was gone.
