Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Had to have my wooden venetian blind repaired due to one of the cords wearing away. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks Stephen and co.

My parents bought blinds for this house 15 years ago, never had any reason to change them and they've stood the test of time. Broke a bracket - my own fault, even on a 15 year old set of blinds they were able to sort me a replacement in a day! C Really durable blinds, cracking service back then and proof of the great aftersales service!
Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve called 3 times this year since April (it’s now nearly November) and I’m still waiting for someone to come and replace the mechanisms on both blinds and I’m still waiting. Very poor quality for the price you pay!
