I thought I was the only one treated this way… the feedbacks explains it all. Car was unfortunately stolen in March time. 7 days from sending off the documents the money for the car was in my bank with a reasonable market price considered also. James and the team made it seemingly painless and was happy with the result!

Terrible communication, had to chase them multiple times just to get anything moving. Clearly no internal comms either as I was asked to provide a document that had already been provided 2 weeks previously. I wasn’t told anything I had to manage the claim myself or else it would have taken months to progress. Interview process is overly aggressive and felt accusatory. Have made my life hell over the last year, lack communication and still waiting on my claim to go through after my car was stolen a year ago. Staff are no help and do not get back to you without you chasing. Woeful company
