After my 4 review 3 years ago I've been told that the person I heard swearing was not the owner. I took a star off because of that. As I also said in my review I've used Browns was Jonnys for now, 40 years. Its always been excellent. I cannot remove the review. But I can put the 5th star back on
Love this shop , the owner is so helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are really reasonable too ,
After reading the reviews i must say FCL should not be commenting on perhaps a dispute that sounds/may be personal. A lovely welcoming flower shop with a choice of flowers for all occasions. Roz herself I found is very professional, polite and delivered exactly as ordered. I will continue to be a customer of Browns flower shop and recommend to others
