Jonathan was amazing in Customer Service and the other members of the team we're professional and friendly. I would definitely shop there again and recommend this dealership.
I didn't purchase a car with Brown's Alexandria, but I found their staff to be helpful. Specifically, Beau went out of his way to provide me information about the car I was looking at and used car shopping in general. Kojo was very informative on the test ride and both he and Beau helped me with the car seats when a pinched nerve acted up. The dealership also provided snacks and a stuffed animal for my son.
Car was priced too high, made an offer and walked out
Kind and courteous phone calls, however I had already purchased from another dealer.
Best overall experience, however Lake Norman had comparable car and price close by.
Used sales department provided quick communication.
They give conflicting and misleading information. One employee says they charge more than $800 for pre-delivery inspection or PDI, another says they don't charge for PDI! Then they say they charge for freight on a used vehicle that was traded in!!! Avoid this dealership at all costs!!
Excellent customer service. Mr. Wyatt and the complete staff were the best. I highly recommend Brown's Alexandria Mazda.
