They responded pretty well after a few days to monitor called them said he would give me a different price on it they lowered it $1,000 but it was already $2,100 over market price and to me I thought it was just a little too much for a car that was 7 years old so I didn't really respond they they also sent me an email asking me if I wanted to make an offer but I felt like if they were only dropping $1,000 that and it was $2,100 overpriced it you know they weren't really going to drop enough for me to be interested but they w... read more

Alvin R I brought a used car from this dealership and 2 years later when I tried to renew my registration the Maryland DMV stated that there was an invalid title on my registration. Basically they sold me a car without having a title. Now I'm paying for a car that I cannot drive.
Not surprising that this vehicle wasn’t available. It took 3 emails to get an answer to my question

We were sold a car that has evidence of at least 2 accidents. We were told there was nothing wrong with the car. They did not disclose the large dent/gash in the roof, the aftermarket hood and side panel that have been repainted. The speedometer does not read correctly and they will do nothing to fix it.
Brown's Alexandria Mazda is on the A list. Brown's body shop took care of the bodywork for my minor side panel bump with ease. They filed all the necessary paperwork and provided a rental car until the work was done. I'd recommend them. The only slow down was waiting at the Enterprise rental office for an hour (with a 3 year old) to get the rental car. But they were doing their best.
