I sent a interest request on a Monday night not expecting to hear anything for a day or two but was surprised when Brandon emailed me less than an hour later. Prompt response from contact person. When I requested a "hold" as I had to drive a distance to see the vehicle, request was denied although end of day arrangements were made to move vehicle to less visible point and call that vehicle had not sold. Felt vehicle was as represented when seen and was purchased as priced. Vehicle itself was the closer. Would have been a 4.5 rating if possible.
