Worst people.
The worst property management I've ever experienced. They don't know how to manage the property, they don't know how to maintain the property. I called Mr brown asking him how to turn off the water as I had a leak in the property and the plumber needed to stop the flow so he could fix it, however Mr brown had no idea how to turn it off and he had no idea where the main water supply was, which was ridiculous. I would give 0 if I could. We had a problem with a leak in the flat for months. Tried to contact the agency with no luck. Have a severe mould and damp issues in the flat as a cause of this. With such a hefty amount of money they are charging for their service in managing the building it’s horrendous how little they do.
