He examined my equipment and then provided me with five different options to address my issues. I felt like he was very interested in addressing my issues rather than just selling me an expensive systems that I didn't need. I researched many A/C systems/companies before deciding to go with Airtech. They were upfront about all costs and very knowledgeable when I asked about comparisons to other systems that I had already researched. They showed up on time to do the install of a complete system (minus new ducting). They did not damage my home or get it dirty as they worked.
