Had a bad experience this week. Mike Atchley called me personally to make things right. Will continue to reccomend.
We had been using another big name HVAC company for our heat pump tune-ups, and often problems arose after their service. Since we have a home warranty, we would contact the warranty company for repairs, and last Fall they dispatched Atchley Air. The technician was super-knowledgeable and friendly and found the problems quickly - some wires not reconnected after the previous tuneup.
