I just had my 30 year old Carrier heat pump replaced. The total process was a very pleasant experience. The lady that took my initial call was very friendly and helpful. I received an email notifying me that Benji would be coming to do the estimate and even had his picture. He arrived promptly and was very friendly and professional while here.
