This was a semi annual maintenance visit. I have not had a bad experience with any service person from this company including today. They arrived as scheduled and are very professional. It is hard to give anything but a 5 star score to anyone that has been here. I do, however, have a very intermittent problem with my unit (purchased from Atchley) that makes it just stop running occasionally.
