All of the installers and techs were very skilled, professional, polite, and respectful. They were always ready to answer questions and consider my suggestions. They pointed out and corrected problems that other companies had missed. They did not stop until we were satisfied.

Air Tech of Houston installed my system in 2015 and have provided continual semi-annual service since then. Their technicians are always on time, courteous and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC assistance
Had them come out yesterday to fix ac. The nice tech checked the system out and put some Freon in system as it was really low. He checked system after and it was working better. He did not try to up sale or come up with any oh you need this and that for a ton of money. He did let me know that one of the reasons was my system was getting up there in age and was getting close to the end of its life which I knew. He did give me a quote on a new system but was not pushing it like some companies I have had come out in the past tr... read more

I found champions A/C online and gave them a call. They had great customer service over the phone, and I was able to schedule for an electrician to come to my house the next day. The electrician showed up earlier than the time I scheduled for, but they did call and send a text message letting me know. They even sent a message with a picture and name of the electrician coming.
