This is my second experience (previously in May 2019) with Elite Comfort's excellent customer service. This time, I again got a text message that the technician (David) would arrive within 30 minutes, the technician diagnosed the issue quickly, asked about my availability, called to delay his next appointment, and called the Trane parts distributor to confirm my warranty, verify that they had the part, and told them to have it ready for him. I have been using Airtech for annual maintenance and replacing my AC units. Their prices are very fair I.e. you get higher quality American Standard product at a value price. Every time I needed to replace an AC unit it was done the same day regardless of the time of day. Great customer service!
