After Matthew left and Lee came in they really went down hill, the whole staff team just weren't up to it. I don't think my experience was quite as bad as 'John' on here's, but it was pretty bad and cost me a lot of money.
An incredible good agency, helpful and spot on. The awesome crew, especially Sharon and Ellie who supported us thru the whole process. We were surprised how fast was it. Every single time we saw smile and kindness. They love their job and work with customers. We definitely recommend it, don't hesitate to choose them! You can choose mortgage advisor who is cooperating with them in the same building.
If you are a landlord avoid this company. I employed Brown and Cockerill to fully manage my property thinking that it would take the stress out of being a landlord. How wrong I was, what I got was mismanagement. I entrusted my newly renovated property to Brown and Cockerill and it soon became apparent that I had made a big mistake.
