I am incredibly dissatisfied with my experience at Brown & Co Solicitors. I opened a case on 09/09/2022, and over two years later, there has been little to no progress. I have incurred expensive legal fees for nothing, and the communication from the firm has been lacking. It feels like my case is not being taken seriously. I’ve seen numerous negative reviews online that echo my frustrations. If the firm cannot effectively handle a matter involving less than £3k, I question their capabilities. After the bank improperly froze all of my accounts for almost 5 months! Winston was on the case daily, liaising with the authorities, pushing for updates and ultimately resolving my case and proving my innocence and unfreezing my money. Winston took on my case at a time when nobody else would help me, and myself and my family thank him

I was introduced to this solicitor by a friend, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Initially, he was extremely persistent, calling and texting almost every second day to secure payment. While this was annoying, I tolerated it due to the recommendation from my friend.
