Terrible cleaning service. I requested a deep clean and paid £140. Since I was at work, I had a friend oversee the cleaner. When I got home, the stain was still there. I tried calling again because I was unhappy with the service, but they were not helpful at all. It's a rip-off. The cleaner was also 4 hours late. Clearly, he didn’t do an exceptional job and didn’t seem to know how to deep clean a carpet. It's very disappointing, especially for £140.

Excellent service! I had an emergency accident on my carpet and called Brown Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Steve, the technician, was incredibly responsive and came out the same day to assess the situation. He skillfully removed every trace of the stains, leaving my carpet looking better than ever.
