That was quite a experiencein 87b Charlton church lane, SE77AB. I'll be thankful forever. Please rent everywhere else but that place. Has multiple issues including a mouse and £1300 pound is definitely way to high for it! The agency itself is more than unfriendly and gready. I cannot recommend Brown & Brooke highly enough. We used their services to sell our flat and they could not have been more helpful. We had several issues throughout the selling/buying process (none of which were the fault of Brown and Brooke) and Tony and his excellent team helped us get through all of them.
