Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Agency! If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency handed over a house with no working boiler, meaning no hot water or heating – completely unacceptable, especially during colder months. Worst agency, we have lent a apartment from brown and merry and there are so many defects in the house and the boiler is not working . We have raised our concerns from the day one we entered in the apartment and it's been like 1 month 10 days the boiler is not yet fixed and other minor repairs are also not been taken care by the agency And landlord.
Tony and Sinead delivered excellent service throughout what was a complex sale involving several external challenges. I was regularly updated, and the entire process—from viewings to key handover—was smooth and well-organised. Communication was outstanding, and Brown & Merry handled everything within their control efficiently. I highly recommend them—they were far more helpful and effective than other High Street estate agents I’ve dealt with.
Brown and Merry did everything they possibly could to help me sell my property. It was a long road, complicated by external influences, but Tony and the team kept me updated every step of the way and tried to find solutions where they could.
