received 8 flowers for £30 from this shop using a gift card my friend sent from Switzerland. When I showed him what I got, he was embarrassed the bouquet was small, the flowers weren’t very fresh, and it definitely didn’t look like £30 worth. My friend chose this shop online thinking it would be a nice gift, but sadly it was very poor value. Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a button hole for a wedding from here over a month before the date I was supposed to pick this up. Coming to Edinburgh for a wedding, and found out the shop was closed for refurbishment. No contact, no call. Total let down. Would strongly advise to go elsewhere as these people clearly have no proper customer service skills. -10/10.
