We have been renting with BPS for 3 years now and cannot fault them. We have just had our flat refurbished my Hirad and his Maintenance team and we are extremely pleased with the work they have done. They have totally transformed the property and kept us informed and updated on the entire process. Hirad and his team are very friendly and Hirad showed us round to explain what they’d done and was happy to help in any other way he could. Definitely the best rental company in the city.

I’ve just graduated after six years at university, and rented with BPS Whitham branch for three of those years. My experience with them was excellent. Ease of Renting:
The admin team responded quickly to enquiries and arranged viewings promptly, often showing multiple properties in one visit. The paperwork was clear, and the contract process was straightforward. Our deposit was protected through an approved scheme. Staff & Service:

I have lived, and still live, in properties managed by BPS and I have never had a bad word to say about the services they provide. From a tenants point of view, I am convinced there is no better option. I've seen the state of some student/post-grad accommodation and I feel very grateful that my home is managed by BPS.
