Would not recommend. They sold our student house to a private landlord a few months into the tenancy, meaning the property was handed over from BPS to the private landlord MIDWAY through the tenancy. He turned out to be a real piece of work (his name is Graham Waller) and not to mention the house was not clean and very damp when we first moved in anyway, when it was still under BPS, it was disgusting.
