I'm not sure, guys. I've been wishing to easily secure an appointment at this practice. I tried for several days but received no response. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting, I was informed that they are too busy today. (All my previous attempts to get in touch with them were unsuccessful). Update: Staff is ok, nurses and doctors are just great. Same day appointments is very convenient. Overall, it could have been worse.
It was one of the worst GPs I have registered with since I moved to Glasgow. As mentioned in another review here, one of the main issues is with the reception staff. They just keep repeating themselves and don’t seem to care about the patients, much like the doctors. I have since changed my GP and highly recommend doing the same to avoid wasting your time.
Mortified by the rudeness of reception staff on the phone. As well as insisting PCR tests do not exist nor have ever existed(!), they referred to my ‘wife’ when my partner is male. Gay people exist, as well as PCR tests. What a backwards and uninformed surgery this seems to be.
I wish to thank all members of the team especially the front of house staff . The front line so to speak They are a vital cog in the management of my lifetime health issue. They never stop constantly doing there upmost to support their patients. There professionalism is second to none . Absolute shambles! For 3 weeks i’ve had a really bad cough and have called on multiple occasions to try and get seen by a doctor, I have been pushed back each time, my symptoms have gotten way worse and still when i call i’m getting told to call at 8 in the morning and when i do, still no help! Don’t bother with these lot, the receptionists don’t care they’ll just cut you off once you show any sign of resentment to what they’re saying.
