Excellent Developer and highest quality finishes I have seen on a new home.

I’ve had a good experience with Brookworth, buying my first home was less stressful than I expected, partly due to how well explained the process was from Brookworth staff. I was made to feel very welcome and the aftersales care has been at the higher end of good. Would recommend.
Brookworth customer service has been exemplary. I moved in in April 2024 and any issue no matter how small has been dealt with immediately. The quality of the build is outstanding and I would totally recommend their properties to anyone.
This review is solely based on my exchanges with Brookworth's Customer Care Manager - Julie. I am happy with the house we bought from them for the most part. I've had the unfortunate experience of having to speak to Julie in customer service just now (most interactions with her over the past few years have been poor, but her colleague Taryn is very kind and helpful) to talk about an issue regarding our house alarm system.
