They helped us greatly a few days before the Christmas closure as our previous tenancy was running out! It really helped us enjoy the holidays knowing the panic was over! Have sorted all discrepancies on the inventory without any hesitation which I think is extremely rare when it comes to renting . Thank you all

We recently rented a property managed by Brookstones, and while we enjoyed our time there (amongst the many issues!), our interactions with Christina and the rest of the team were consistently disappointing. Communication was a major issue, with emails often going unanswered and phone calls ignored outside of business hours. Christina's demeanour was consistently rude and unprofessional, making us feel like we were a bother rather than valued tenants.
