Great community, strong residents' committee supporting the community.
I stayed in the guest suite when visiting my relative and it was clean and compact. The place is overly warm though and the lights in the corridors are on all the time. They should look into energy saving. The receptionists or fire men security at the weekend need training.

This seems a nice place, well run with plenty of staff about. It has a bright welcoming entrance front desk staff is very helpful.
We have treated a number of patients staying at Brookside. There is a welcoming community feel to the place and we’ve always found the reception staff helpful
