The manager at park 1 Eleven West in Smyrna never followed through with any of the maintenance problems we had we ended up have no AC or heat and the tub had a hole in the ceiling because the ceiling caved in twice which the second time saw black mold......the AC unit leaked into the bedroom and caused several pieces of furniture to get water logged and when we brought it up all they did was come in and look at it and put some sort of sealant around the pipes which helped for a bit than it started again......everytime I woul... read more
The only reason I am giving 2 stars because I like the floorplan and the location of my current apartment. I have been living here since February 2019, I have seen management changing almost every 6 months. Among them, I liked a few of them - no, the maintenance I was requesting was still ignored and sometimes they claim "completed work order" which actually not, but at least they were not rude. very deceptive staff they will falsely report lies to the credit bureau and remove any negative reviews that they know are true to the core about their behavior this will be the result if you refuse to renew your lease with them being melinated will ruin your credit will really make it a nightmare for your credit report.

Don't stop here. Just keep driving. Security: You will get robbed and vandalized here, then the staff will legitimately harass you over the damages, while refusing to do entirely anything to help you. They just spam everyone that it can happen anywhere, and **. Pay on time or talk to the eviction attorney. I do know personally of 63 cars vandalized here in the last two years (there's an obscene amount more that I couldn't gather information on). I have lived in this ***** ********* managed by Brookside Properties for 2 1/2 years now and when my lease is up, I will be moving. I would rather live in a 300 sq ft home than this place. There has been at least 8-10 managers at this place during that time; who knows, I really lost count.
