I moved in February 2023 and the apartment complex was taken over by brookside by April or may I went the entire summer 4 months total with no ac I had to fight with them about a tiny window unti as well as my electricity bill so bad they only gave me -a small credit that barely covered anything and was more like a smack in the face after I argued about it for months, I have had constant issues the renovations have issues as well now the siding was messed up and all the sunrooms flood nothing has been done I have a child wit... read more

The community never received the email where ** ****** was asking to view the apartment prior to signing the lease. The $350 fee has been removed, as there was a miscommunication, and ** ****** is not required to remit any payment.
Passenger Flats is the new slum of Chattanooga. Lots of drug using going on all over. Health issues with dog poop everywhere. Management refuses to enforce the rule which is contributing to the health and welfare isse at this property. Management is out of touch and is only concerned about the profits not the people. ** ****** has expressed wanting to break his lease but does not want to remit payment for the fees to do. He has been offered to transfer and does not want to do that either. The community manager is working to remedy the issues raised.
The worse apartments to rent from . My balcony is falling apart and took out our balcony credit . You go on your residents portal annd they don't allow you to view your past history rent . Something's off about that . Also, they charge me 3 Different trash fees. Office not very helpful

I wish I didn’t have to give a star. They are terrible. Horrible company coming in buying out apartments and cheaply renovating them. Then increase the rent three times what it was. They are a joke! People are literally struggling bc of companies like brookside. It’s a shame! The apartments are not worth what they charge.
I wish I didn't have to give one star. 60 days ago, submitted Intent to Vacate therefore now renewing my July 25th lease. Asked for Leasing office manager to forward new apts history ledger. He never did. Asked management to forward me the prorated rent for July with me vacating on July 13th. They never did. The last invoice included extras that went over my original rent. I live at this property for 4 years. Never late paying my rent. Never complaining. Management is like a revolving door. High crime. After completing my lease and not occupying the last 2 months, due to job transfer to another state, cleaned the apartment and turned in the keys. At the end of my lease. No DAMAGE. I am being charged $400. This stealing from tenants.

We regret to see your dissatisfaction and are sad to see you go. Based on the final move out statement, $200 was for light bulbs, mini blinds, and drip plan replacement. The remaining $200 was for the final utilities from May 1st to June 24th. The community manager has only been there since the end of February so is unable to comment on previous management. The community manager is also unaware of any crime that has happened in the area.
Do yourself a favor and do not rent from this company! Brookside Apts in Louisville KY! Very unprofessional, the management changed hands 3x times in the year we were there. You pay for trash pickup and it never happens. Service calls go unanswered. We could not wait to move out, we gave over 90 days notice and they tried to bill us a months rent. My experience was subpar. Wish I had read the reviews before engaging with them.Victoria is terrible! This company made me miss out on 2 job offers! I would not recommend them! I applied to this apartment community February 19, 2024.I was advised verbally on numerous occasions I was approved.
