Havent had a working oven in three months. Every time the work orders are put in they send out a repair person who does not resolve the issue. Now the AC unit is out and every time it runs it leaks. My husband and I are never late on our rent but we haven't had our AC unit repaired or the oven. Our house gets up to 84 degrees inside and they have not even provided us with a window AC

This company has just badgered us about money money and no maintenance at all high anxiety there's not a single maintenance person in sight they ignore everything no air conditioning all summer it's ridiculous I'm sick and tired of them telling their we don't have a lease we've got to get on there lease or get out just like that get out I mean how professional is that I'm scared to walk out my door now but now I'm in the doctor's office high anxiety take care of it Brookside I went on the lawsuit

Apple Villa Apartments (Blountville, TN), the worst place in America to live. A neighbor flooded my bathroom in April of 2020 and the bathroom was still not repaired when I moved out in September of 2021. My water heater was checked by the maintenance staff and a couple days later, almost caught on fire. My issue is with ****** at signal apartments in Chattanooga. I've been a renter of the same complex for 4 years now. Not only this year did they say they lost 3 years worth of lease agreements we had with them but they made us resign a lease in April cause they lost our one from the last year that was a June to June. We paid for 10months the price agreed on the June lease agreement then all of a sudden in April they didn't have it and we had to either sign a new 13 month April to April or move out. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by this property (Nashville West on Charlotte Pike). Management when I moved in (Jan 2021) was thoroughly incapable and obviously had minimal experience and training in a property management job. The paint in my bathtub started chipping and clogging my shower and bathtub to the point where I couldn't take a shower. This lasted nearing 7/8 months. I was being promised someone would come out to fix the problem nearing weekly/bi-weekly which would come to no avail. My AC has NEVER worked. ... read more
The manager at park 1 Eleven West in Smyrna never followed through with any of the maintenance problems we had we ended up have no AC or heat and the tub had a hole in the ceiling because the ceiling caved in twice which the second time saw black mold......the AC unit leaked into the bedroom and caused several pieces of furniture to get water logged and when we brought it up all they did was come in and look at it and put some sort of sealant around the pipes which helped for a bit than it started again......everytime I woul... read more
The only reason I am giving 2 stars because I like the floorplan and the location of my current apartment. I have been living here since February 2019, I have seen management changing almost every 6 months. Among them, I liked a few of them - no, the maintenance I was requesting was still ignored and sometimes they claim "completed work order" which actually not, but at least they were not rude.
