Nobody here is any help they’re trying they’re charging people for stuff that they didn’t do which I have photo proof but they still charging me and they take your deposit. Nobody wants to answer the phone. I’ve called corporate over a month ago. I still haven’t gotten a response call today it’s still not getting a response.

A FEW MONTHS AGO, MANAGEMENT DONT ANSWER, NO MAINTENANCE MEN, MAJOR PROBLEMS, MY AC DIED IN APRIL THEY STUCK ME WITH A PORTABLE AC, MY TUB HAS BEEN RUNNING LIKE OPEN FAUCET SINCE LAST SEPT. DO YOUR RESEARCH FOR OWNERSHIP, ITS LIKE A SLUM LORD, MY DAUGHTER WHO IS LAWYER, SAID THEY LAWYER UP QUICK, WHAT A DISGRACE THEY ARE, SO IF I HOLD BACK MY RENT BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS, WHAT WILL THEY DO ? I live at the Enclave Apartments in Bowling Green.Ever since David our Maintenance guy has been out due too illness place has become awful.We have new ladies in the office who are very helpful but they have no help.Grass almost up to kneecaps,garbage dump is disgraceful.I dont think they come to pick it up anymore.Bugs in apartment or knats.Oh and pool is a hazard so if you have kids bypass this one.Gonna get with the state or county on Monday.They have let pool not be compliant twice.Dog crap everywhere but hard too see bec... read more
