I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with my experience with the management and how they communicate at The Fitzgerald to their tenets. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with multiple maintenance issues, including an AC outage that left me without working air conditioning for four days with no repair and little to no communication, as well as other unresolved maintenance concerns. If I could give negative stars. I would. Do not rent from this company, Especially Marina Pointe in Hendersonville. The apartments are not energy efficient. You will freeze in the winter. Your electric bill will be very high in the cold months. The upstairs if the townhouse stay hot in the summer. You're forced to pit a window unit in. A lot of the units are infested with brown recluse spiders. I was bitten by one and about lost my leg. Talked to other residents and found out they have the same problem.
