I lived in one of the properties called Nora 700 Zorn Ave Louisville, KY 40206. They refused to put a lock on my door. I pleaded for over a year and a half nothing anyone could walk straight into my unit they cut a old broom sick and give me that to place at my door and my $1200 apartment. They also fixed nothing and my apartment flooded for over a year. so they have mold everywhere. Terrible place to live. They have no compassion at all. They’re sneaky and do underhanded things. Who charges 4x the rent for you to move because you’re unhappy and would rather end the relationship. I will NEVER rent from them again.

Please Dont move to Fitzroy in Lebanon TN THEIR WALLS ARE THIN!!! The managment *****! They are far from luxury apartments. Borderline over priced trailer homes

My mom moved in here. Biggest regret ever. They have false advertising on their website. They say it’s a gated community, but the gates are broke. The grills are broke. They say the best place in Lexington. They say apartments are renovated. None of this is true. They won’t answer my calls. Even to corporate. The ceiling fell down in her apartment and has not been fixed. She had to use all of her towels to clean it up. Not one bit of help from the property. The pool is dirty. Terrible place. Do not rent from them. If you have problem they will not fix them. They will not answers calls and if the do the lie. Please do yourself a favor look for somewhere else to rent from.

I have lived at Park1eleven in Smyrna Tn for almost 3 years, We have had nothing but issues since we've moved in. Our initial problem was with leaks coming from the upstairs neighbors bathroom. It took them almost 2 years to finally locate the real issue and finally stop the leak. We also have a current leak that come through the vent in the bathroom and we have tried to resolve this but are met with silence. I am a ****** ******** ** ********* ********** *** **currently a resident at Avenue Willow. Our AC had not been working properly since we moved in last June and was finally fixed 5 days ago on 5/19/23 after the work order was open for 5 weeks.That is 11 months without a properly working AC. We had been told that it was fixed multiple times when the work order had been closed out several times last year. So I have been at Retreat at West Hills since February of 2023 , I've been paying my rent on time, I keep my unit clean. Full of ****and they stealing money my rent is 709 they charge me for my water 3 times a month and it’s insane they won’t let me back in my residence portal and they keep leaving evictions on my door that say if I don’t pay some crazy amount I have to be out by noon
