My first visit to the Podiatry Clinic at Brookside this afternoon for an assessment - and I can't speak highly enough of them from the service I've had so far, plenty of parking which is free for the first hour. I was seen on time by a very amiable and professional individual called Noelia (I think). I know I will have a wait for the operation that's needed - but that is a fact for all NHS services these days I'm afraid. I think it's an absolute disgrace that a public health facility forces its users to contact them via a premium rate telephone number. Sadly another example of the third rate management skills in the NHS being unable to focus on what the service actually exists for.
