RecommendedI've been to Brookside about 4 times now. The first 3 times were excellent and Dr. Sharma was super friendly. But this most recent time, Dr. Shama wasn't there and I didn't recognize any of the staff. The hygienist cleaning my teeth was really rough. I normally don't have any pain during this routine procedure but this time it was painful for about 75% of the cleaning. Thankfully no cavities but the doctor spent maybe 30 seconds looking at my teeth and didn't even put on a mask. I'm hoping this is just a one-time bad day.
