I had a scheduled appointment for 3PM. It is now 3:34PM where they are just informing me that only my 2 year old can be seen. Unfortunately, my seven year old attends virtual school, which means he must accompany. It would have been great if the workers would have advised at the time the appointment was scheduled of their policy. Or how about advise when I was waiting for 30min. Unprofessional.

RecommendedI hate dentists and I spent a lot of time searching online for a new one since we moved out of state, this office had the best reviews and at first I was a little skeptical, but I am extremely glad I called them!!! They are the most friendly group of people that are quick and efficient. I seriously could not praise them enough they are genuinely nice and made the experience painless. Best part is they are actually the cheapest dentist I have ever had. Call them, you won’t regret it!!!!

No one really like to go to the dentist, but today was my first visit to Brookside, so I was a little nervous. But the friendly staff put me completely at ease.
Brookside Dental got me in as a new patient the next day after I called. Everyone there is wonderful. I can't recommend them enough!
I recommend this dentist office, 100%. I had a dentist appointment at 10, waited in the waiting room for a short period & was greeted by the nicest people, ever!! They’re extremely patient and gentle. Bathroom has a baby changing station. Very sweet!! Everyone is working and laughing and making patients feel great. THANK YOU!
