It’s not a good idea to use or engage with this company they are crooks and opportunists, I wanted a valuation for my property as I’m looking to sell, they sent a chubby guy called Ben to do the valuation who offered me £600,000 for a house that on the lowest price is worth £800,000 when I told told him no chance in a million years he then offered me £700,000.
