After requesting information on a vehicle, I was contacted by a representative of Brooks Biddle. I notified him via text that I would be stopping by immediately after work for a test drive and to look at the vehicle with an ETA of 5:00-5:30. My experience with Brooks Biddle was all around excellent. No hassles, very personable and professional, and they were very fair on my trade in! I would recommend them to family and friends.
Yes, they contacted me and after writing several e-mails to them, I heard back that the car I was interested was being re-conditioned and would not be ready for a few weeks. I haven't heard anything else from them.
I talked to the Sales person and told him that the information on the car and how long it's been on the lot I would give him what Car Gurus estimates it to be worth. He declined my offer said he might be able to knock off a couple of hundred bucks and that's were the conversation ended.
