We negotiated by e-mail and phone (we live 6 hours away from Bothell) and that went well, but when we arrived to look at the car in person, the sun visors were mysteriously missing (It will cost $400 to replace them) and when we tried to go for a test drive the gas gauge was below empty...We quickly agreed to a deal including trade in, but then had to wait nearly 3 hours to sign papers, and get out of there. Not impressed

We picked the Miata the next Saturday. The car was detailed and all items were done. Very good to deal with and all of the guys were very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend them. David Lee, our salesman was great to work with. The only fall back was the fact that neither the salesman or the store did not call me back when I left a message that we were on our way over to see the car. Otherwise they were very good to work with. Tell you more after we pick up the car next week!

MJ was very attentive and informative. He was a pleasure to work with. He even supplied additional photos on another vehicle for a comparison to the original vehicle i was looking at. Even though I didn't purchase a car I definitely expect to use this dealership for my next car purchase.
They called back, but when I asked them to send pictures, they never did.
Car seemed to check out fine. The morning after I brought it home the check engine light went on. Took it to the BMW dealer and paid $700 to repair the faulty smog system Salesman said the car had "new" tires. they looked good but the new tire dealer pointed out that they were six years old. Tried to put the electric top down, wouldn't go up or down. Tried to move the electric passenger seat up or down, wouldn't budge.
