Got what looks like a generic robot-generated e-mail response. Not useful at all.
The salesman who came out to help us with the truck seemed to hate his job. He also knew nothing about the vehicle we were there to look at, and couldn't explain any of the damages to the vehicle. After calling him back with an offer, the man was very unrealistic. The vehicle needed nearly $2000 in repairs. He was neither willing to adjust the price nor were they willing to fix the current issues. The excuse was, well we got it in on a trade so we can only take $250 off the price.
It was good experience
They called back right away, I made a cash offer he said that the owner set's that price and mine was to low. I said ok. And to keep me in mind! I think he should have come back with some of type of offer!

The fella I talked to on phone was very likable unfortunately not sure I will get to see vehicle I was interested in because of time restraints and lack of transportation.
Kind salesmen and low pressure conversation. Wasn't sure how badly they wanted to sell me the car though.
