They called back, but when I asked them to send pictures, they never did.
Car seemed to check out fine. The morning after I brought it home the check engine light went on. Took it to the BMW dealer and paid $700 to repair the faulty smog system Salesman said the car had "new" tires. they looked good but the new tire dealer pointed out that they were six years old. Tried to put the electric top down, wouldn't go up or down. Tried to move the electric passenger seat up or down, wouldn't budge. I bought this car. My salesman helped me arrange to turn in my rental car at another town, and sent someone to drive me from there back to Brooks Biddle to pick up my car. This was going way out of the way, and I am very pleased.

First time buying a car and I was nervous. The guys at biddle were super helpful. Not pushy at all and really made sure you were getting the right car. They allowed me to take it off the lot for over 2 hours to have my mechanic inspect it. They worked with me on my trade in and financing despite my terrible credit score. They have amazing inventory I highly recommend buying from brooks biddle!

Quick canned response asking why they could do to help- I let them know I was ready to buy that week and had financing in hand - but had ONE question... And never heard back. (Blaine was who initially responded) You do all the advertising and marketing in the world but once shoppers get to your site or showroom your sales people have to be able to follow through or you will loose sales!
They called right away with vehicle options and a contact person, and followed up with me when I had not responded. They were kind when I told them I had already decided on a vehicle at another dealership. They understood and wished me luck. I would recommend them for their customer service.
