They were kind but they kept contacting me despite the fact that they established the fact that they would not finance me and I would not be able to pay out of pocket
During not business hours I submitted a request about a truck posted online and received a phone call the following morning. Scott Mason, was very nice, detailed and followed up me via email as well. I have not visited Brooks Biddle yet as I had a conflict but I’m sure Scott would be just as friendly in person.

They sent me a picture of the car and said 'The only thing that's missing is you' or something along those lines. Didn't answer my questions at all. Didn't reply when I requested answers to my questions.
