Dr Shah-Hosseini has the background of a truly skilled dentist with experience working in hospitals with chronically ill patients like me and was able to guide me with humanity and expertise after I had been mismanaged and taken advantage of for so long. My wife and I started going to BDC when we moved to the area 2 years ago and we always have a very good experience. The place is modern and clean and the staff is great, especially Mary who is very friendly, personable and excellent at her job. I usually book the 8am appointment and never have to wait.
I had a great experience with Marla, my hygienist and Dr. Rabkin. I was taken care from the minute I checked in. Marla explained the cleaning and x-rays she was going to do that day, and Dr. Rabkin answered all of my questions and provided me with future consultations. I highly recommen this dental center to anyone who likes a clean, quiet, and calm environment, which is another attractive feature of the center.
Michelle treated me today and as always, she is highly professional, personable competent and caring.
A positive and pleasant experience with an exceptional level of attentiveness and professionalism, as I have come to expect.
