Professional, friendly, on time as usual.
My dental hygienist (whose name I cannot recall, was very professional, nice and provided good advice on how to take better care of my teeth. I admit that when I realized I was getting a different hygienist from the one I had last time back in March of 2014, I was a little apprehensive, because I had really liked the gentleness of the hygienist who'd cleaned my teeth back then. The dentist was right on time - even took me early. The dentist was great - very knowledgable and took the time to go over everything with me and discuss my options, etc. It was overall excellent!
The hygenist answered all of my questions and gave me advice (which I requested) about what type of floss I should use, etc. I love how clean this office is too.
I have been coming to Brookline Dental Center for nearly 8 years, and each time I go for a cleaning the hygienists and Dr. Rasool (or whichever dentist examines me) are friendly, tell me exactly what's going on in my mouth, and know me as a person, asking after my kids and husband. They are professional and make going to the dentist less of a chore and more if something I don't mind doing twice a year. I highly recommend this practice!
Excellent visit! Mary cleaned my teeth for the first time and did a very good job. Usually go to Michelle who is also superb. My appt with Dr. Shah-Hosseini was very helpful and it is always such a pleasure to see her. The office is bright, cheerful, tastefully decorated with interesting artwork. Front office staff are friendly, competent. 5-star dental office!
Absolutely the best practice in the area and Neda Shah-Husseini & S. Faheem Rasool, the practice principals, are wonderful dentist and, more importantly, wonderful people. If you are searching for intelligent, skilled, and caring practitioners and people, your quest has ended when you entrust your health to these amazing individuals.
I had to come here multiple times over the past 6 months. They are fantastic everytime. I have met with several of the providers. You can't go wrong, from the admin to technicians to the dentists. They are all calm, kind and professional. The place is peaceful and I never have "dentist anxiety" going there like I have in the past.
Brookline Dental Center provides its patients with exceptionally good care. The wait is never too long, the dental hygienists are always thorough and pleasant. Above all, Dr. Rasool is a caring, intelligent dentist. He uses constraint when it comes to embarking on a big project, and works carefully and efficiently. He uses compassion when working on your teeth and mouth. I can't recommend him highly enough.
